AWATE is a writer, performer and archivist from Eritrea, by way of Camden, London. His debut LP ‘Happiness’ was called a “British rap masterpiece” by Trench Magazine and he has had residencies at the Roundhouse, British Library, UCL, Tate Exchange and more.
